Command Supervisors & Officers
Are you interested in joining the Task Force? Do you have what it takes to not only join the Task Force but become a supervisor or officer? In addition to what you have reviewed on the main portion of the Task Force web site, we would like to reiterate that you will need the ability to:
work on your own
work as a team member
be reliable
display maturity
make supervisory decisions
follow orders without questioning
have attained the minimum age of 25
have the ability to lead others
maintain confidentiality
maintain loyalty to the Task Force and all of its members and officers
While training is available in certain specialty areas, you must have emergency services as well as supervisory/command training and experience.
The U.S. SAR Task Force is a state and federally recognized volunteer rescue department created as a not-for-profit corporation to serve communities throughout the nation. The Task Force operates in make-up and structure similar to volunteer fire and rescue departments throughout the nation.
